SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Shipping throughout the United States has one option: a flat rate of $5.95 with FREE shipping on orders over $75.00. Orders that are shipping Flat Rate/Free Shipping take 1-2 business days to process and are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipments through expedited USPS Priority shipping take 2-4 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind that once an order is placed, our fulfillment company requires 1-2 days to process. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be posted the following day at the fulfillment company. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday, or placed on Saturday and Sunday will post on the following Monday morning.
International shipping is available via USPS First Class International mail and is weight based. Please keep in mind that International orders require 1-2 business days to process and up to 21 business days to reach the destination country. Once it reaches the country there is additional time to process through customs which we have no control over and it will then be placed with the local carrier for delivery. Customers are responsible for local duties and taxes. There will be no refunds for unclaimed International orders. Please note that this is an economical International shipping option and USPS does not offer tracking once it leaves the USA.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
PLEASE NOTE: These are medical products and for sanitary reasons we only accept returns of unopened, unworn and unused products in the original packaging. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND TO OPENED, USED PRODUCTS.
Please email us regarding any manufacturing defects and we will exchange or refund your order. To notify us please send an email to email@example.com.
Sealed and unopened products returned within 30 days from the ship date of your order are eligible for a full refund. There is a restocking fee of $3.20 for the first item then .55 cents per additional item that will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the credit applied to your account.
If you have ordered our products from another website, please contact that retailer to process your return.
Steps for an Easy Return:
1. Log into your AD RescueWear account at www.adrescuewear.com and proceed to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action
4. Click Submit Return Request.
5. You will then receive an email update once we receive your request.

As soon as we receive notification of your return from our fulfillment center, we will notify you by email that a credit has been made to your original payment method. Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the product credit applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
If you would like to make an exchange, please perform the same process for returns. Then, place your new order online at www.adrescuewear.com. Once we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the product credit applied to your account.
