Shipping & Returns




Shipping throughout the United States has two options: a flat rate of $5.95 with FREE shipping on orders over $75.00 or priority shipping for $15.00 with a 1-3 day shipping delivery time.  Keep in mind that once an order is placed, our fulfillment company requires 1-2 days to process and ship orders. Once orders ship, priority shipping ($15.00) guarantees a 1-3 day delivery. So if an order is placed priority shipping (1-3 days), you will be guaranteed to receive that product in 5 days (2 days to process, 3 days to ship) if it is placed before 3:00 pm CST on Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will be posted the following day at the fulfillment company. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will post on Monday morning.

International shipping is available first class USPS and is weight based. Please note that this is an economical International shipping option and USPS does not offer tracking once it leaves the USA.


PLEASE NOTE: These are medical products and for sanitary reasons we only accept returns of unopened, unworn and unused products in the original packaging. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND TO OPENED, USED PRODUCTS.

Sealed and unopened products returned within 30 days from the ship date of your order are eligible for a full refund. There is a restocking fee of $3.20 for the first item then .55 cents per additional item that will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the credit applied to your account. 

If you have ordered our products from another website, please contact that retailer to process your return. 

Steps for an Easy Return:

1. Log into your AD RescueWear account at and proceed to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action

4. Click Submit Return Request.

5. You will then receive an email update once we receive your request.

As soon as we receive notification of your return from our fulfillment center, we will notify you by email that a credit has been made to your original payment method. Handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in the product credit applied to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.


If you would like to make an exchange, please perform the same process for returns. Then, place your new order online at Once we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment.
